  • 6 weeks
  • 3x per week
  • One hour each class

  • Measurements, body composition analysis, coronary disease risk analysis and fitness testing on first and last days
  • Food journaling and on-going nutritional guidance
  • Cardio and strength-training workouts that will challenge each client within their own personal fitness level
