- 6 weeks
- 3x per week
- One hour each class
- Can be customized for private bootcamps

- Measurements, body composition analysis, coronary disease risk analysis and fitness testing on first and last days
- Food journaling and on-going nutritional guidance
- Cardio and strength-training workouts that will challenge each client within their own personal fitness level
