Melissa Grattan is the owner of Make it Fit, LLC and owner of the popular Boot Camp Challenge ® program of upstate New York. She holds her Master of Science in Health Education and is an internationally Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Counselor through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also a Certified Primary Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA. Melissa is also a certified trainer for the National Boot Camp Challenge® Program. She also keeps current her CPR/AED certification. Melissa has also completed training in Prenatal Fitness, Cardio Kickboxing, Mat Science, the Stability Ball and Pilates. She is currently a Fitness Expert for WNYT Channel 13's Fitness Friday segment. Melissa has also recently been named as the Tech Valley Woman of the Year of 2010 through NYS Women, Inc., and was recognized as one of the most successful and talented leaders in the Capital Region under the age of 40 as a member of the Business Review’s 40 Under 40 class of 2010.
With a husband, two young children and an unpredictable schedule, Melissa understands the challenges of fitting exercise into her lifestyle. She empathizes and works with each client to make sure their fitness goals are feasible and realistic.

Becky Weyrauch (AKA "Rock") has been active in the fitness industry for 7 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, a Certified Boot Camp Challenge ® Trainer through the nationally recognized Boot Camp Challenge Program ® and a Certified Mad Dogg Athletic Spinning Instructor. Becky also has training in Children's Fitness as well as Senior Fitness. Throughout her career, Becky has taught Mat Pilates, Silver Sneakers, Spinning, Boot Camp Challenge ® and has also trained clients one-on-one in Personal Training.
Becky is passionate about fitness and believes that fitness success can be achieved at all levels. She has worked with beginners, intermediate and even elite athletes, leading them all to achieve their individual fitness goals through her positive, encouraging attitude.
Becky understands the importance of good nutrition and exercise and supports each client to help them to achieve success! Becky enjoys competing in road races and has completed marathons, half marathons and has placed several times in a variety of 5k races. She is currently training for a triathlon.
Becky and her husband, Ken reside with their three sons in Ballston Lake, NY.

Tina Cukrovany has been actively participating in the health and fitness industry for almost 15 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with NETA, an NCAA accredited certifying association. In addition, Tina is a Certified Primary Group Fitness Instructor and Drill Sergeant of the popular Boot Camp Challenge Program ® of Upstate NY. Tina is a Certified Spinning and Group Barbell Instructor and has completed training in Cardio Kickboxing, the Stability Ball, Step and a variety of other fitness programs. Tina keeps current her CPR/AED certification.Tina is a fitness enthusiast and possesses a passion for running. In May of 2009, she completed her first full marathon in Vermont in less than 4 hours as well as completing a number of half marathons since that time, often placing within the top three amongst her age group/female runners.
With a husband and three young children, Tina understands the challenges of balancing exercise and nutrition into a busy lifestyle. Tina not only instructs a variety of fitness classes, she also works full time with the NYS Department of Health. Tina relates very well to her clients and supports their efforts in maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

Janet Dragone is a certified trainer for the National Bootcamp Challenge Program ® and Yoga. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Corporate Fitness, and has been involved in physical fitness and athletics for over 20 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), a certified 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through the Yoga Alliance and is also certified in First Aid, CPR and AED. She has extensive experience in group and personal fitness instruction, including as a Les Mills Certified Body Jam instructor, corporate fitness leader at Quad Graphics and as an accomplished personal trainer. With experience in weight training, endurance training, diet and nutrition, Janet has a variety of personal experiences that she brings to all of her Bootcamp Challenge ® classes to support individual client success.
Beyond her very successful Bootcamp and yoga sessions, Janet actively participates in various community and competitive athletic events including road races and triathlons.

Jessica discovered her passion for dance and fitness years ago. In 2008 Jessica took her first Zumba class and immediately got hooked. She became certified in New York City for Zumba Fitness and shortly after she obtained her Primary Group Fitness Instructor Certification through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Aside from teaching Zumba classes, Jessica is a part-time Esthetician at a local Spa. In her free time, Jessica loves to spend time with family and friends. Jessica resides in Mechanicville, NY.

Melissa has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Melissa completed 100 hour Baron Baptiste Level 1 Power Yoga training and is in ongoing training with Baron Baptiste. She also holds certifications from Sadie Nardini in Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga and YogaFit Level 1 and 2. Along with practicing Yoga, Melissa is also a Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor. She is an instructor at Estudio in Latham and The Revolution in Clifton Park where she leads fun and challenging cycling classes as well as yoga and the very popular barre classes.

Nicole discovered she had a passion for fitness after taking a fitness Boot Camp Program in 2005 and seeing the positive impact it had on people's lives around her. Since then, she has obtained her Personal Trainer Certification through AFAA and has completed her training as an official Boot Camp Challenge ® Instructor for the nationally recognized Boot Camp Challenge ® Program. Nicole juggles a full time job as well as her own side business as an in-home Personal Trainer and instructor for the Boot Camp Challenge ® Program.
Nicole's passion is running and has completed 1 full marathon and 7 half marathons. Nicole's outside interests include golfing and socializing with family and friends.

Julie Leone is dedicated to keeping fitness a part of her life. Julie has 20 years of weight training experience and is passionate about teaching others about keeping fit. Julie holds her AAS as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and is a Certified Personal Trainer through The Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Julie is also a Certified Boot Camp Challenge ® Trainer through the nationally recognized Boot Camp Challenge ® Program, and keeps current her AED/CPR certification. In 2010, Julie won a local co-ed bench press contest, benching 205 lbs successfully. This gave her the nickname "Drill Sergeant 205" which she is often referred to by her clients. Julie is currently a Trainer for the Boot Camp Challenge ® Program and provides private, in-home personal training throughout the Capital District. In her free time, Julie likes to spend time with her family and her two Pitbulls.

Julie brings with her to the Boot Camp Challenge Drill Sergeant team a sincere passion for healthy living, fitness, and good nutrition. After several years of experience working one-on-one with a personal trainer, she joined the Boot Camp Challenge program as a client in January of 2009. She quickly realized her deeper interest in encouraging others to take control of their health and fitness, and decided to begin a career in the fitness industry. In February 2010 she became an Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and in June 2010 earned her Boot Camp Challenge Instructor Certification. Julie’s previous fitness experience includes holding a 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do martial arts, as well as previously working as the Director for My Gym Children’s Fitness Center and as a local studio Dance Instructor and Dance Team Assistant Coach, working with children and adults of all ages and skill levels. Julie also currently works full-time in Human Resources for an insurance company and offers in-home Personal Training services.
In her free time Julie enjoys running, participating in 5K races, and spending time outdoors and with family and friends. She resides with her husband, Cinto, their baby daughter, and 2 year old German Shepherd Dog in Latham, NY.
