  IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING MEDICAL HEALTH

If you are a male over 45 or a female over 55, OR you have two or more of the following risk factors, you MUST provide your Drill Sergeant with written medical clearance from your physician on or before the first day of camp:

*high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cigarette smoking, diabetes,  abnormal blood lipids, currently pregnant, chest pain, bone, joint or muscle disorder, family history of heart disease prior to age 55 in father or male siblings and prior to age 65 in mother or female siblings, sedentary lifestyle, and obesity.

**** you will not be permitted to begin BCC until you provide medical clearance***
