Group Fitness Classes:
• Fitness classes run throughout the year at various locations in the Clifton Park area. • Classes are different than a class you would find in a health club because they run in sessions. Every week you are with the same people and we build upon the week before. Modifications are available for all fitness levels, therefore, each class can accommodate the beginner to advanced exerciser. • Private classes can be scheduled for groups of 4-8 people at a convenient time to meet the needs of the participants
