PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

SERVICES  

In-Home Personal Fitness Training (this service is for women only):

• Melissa will come to your home to complete a full fitness assessment and put together a 6-week customized fitness plan to  meet your specific needs
• Each additional workout session will take place in your home in a comfortable, private setting
• All necessary equipment will be supplied for each training session
• As a client you will receive an easy-to-follow comprehensive plan.  Melissa will take you through the plan step by step to ensure that you understand the different exercises and you have the proper form
• All exercises are safe and protect your joints and your lower back 

Group Fitness Classes:

• Fitness classes run throughout the year at various locations in the Clifton Park area. 
• Classes are different than a class you would find in a health club because they run in sessions.  Every week you are with the same people and we build upon the week before.  Modifications are available for all fitness levels, therefore, each class can accommodate the beginner to advanced exerciser.
• Private classes can be scheduled for groups of 4-8 people at a convenient time to meet the needs of the participants 

Corporate Fitness:

• Fitness classes can be offered at your place of business or at a convenient, alternative location
• Scheduling can be flexible with offerings before work, during lunch or after work hours. 

Nutrition and Fitness Consulting:

• Melissa can meet with individuals or small groups to provide nutrition or fitness counseling based on the needs of the participant(s)
